Why do i need a vehicle specific insurance to renew my tax disc? - no contest clause will
I have fully comprehensive insurance on a vehicle and bought a second vehicle to assure third in world politics will be my first car. But the DVLA (UK) insists on a certain policy of motor insurance. Is this legally correct? What concerns the DVLA driving my second car with a 3rd party are adequately covered, why insist on a vehicle a certain policy. What is my legal position if the jurisdiction clause raised DVLA?
