Could I Get Pain In My Upper Arm From My Laptop I Think I Pulled A Neck Muscle.. Hurts, And Doesnt Go Away!!?

I think I pulled a neck muscle.. hurts, and doesnt go away!!? - could i get pain in my upper arm from my laptop

Arlight so .. I must admit that I cracked my neck / head (perhaps as Damga / pulled a muscle)

Anyway, 7-9 days, I realized that I could not leave to see in my blind spot while driving to rotate .. Pain that feels as if I twisted my neck and slept the previous night.

Symptoms:
Hurts (stabbing pain) when I turn my head to my left (OK in a 45-55 degrees, 45-55 degrees to hurt start-up), or the slope to my left side (it hurts more!)

I turn my head fully to my right, but if I tilt the head to the right, I can almost feel a bit in my left neck, especially when they come to your neck in normal position.

I am a male, white, 35 years old, BMI 27, active person.

I had my gall bladder removed by keyhole surgery 4 months old.

had only a small amount of pain after Surgey. This was
mainly at entry points.

The pain was gone after about 6 weeks.

** However, in the last month or two, I got very painful feeling in my stomach.

found on the left lower abdomen (vs.
